prey 2006 cd key stolen

Today, i tried adding my cd key for prey 2006 on steam knowing it was here, and it turned up as duplicate, an hour of farting around with a keylogger and other login related ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, steam refused my email approval number 8j5f9 (go ahead, it won't work)after repeated failed attemps and locked down the account retrieval and the browser version of steam refuses 2 acknowledge my password despite getting it correct & the pc steam application accepts it. You gotta love consistency. best of all, after my account WAS restored, it threw at me a blank email adresss named hotmail.com at me making me unable 2 restore my account.
So what have we learned? steam customer service is an automated pile of ♥♥♥♥ that can be hacked up the ass, making your account your acccount unretrievable.
come on steam, your supposed 2 be top dog on pc, yet sony of all people can let people recover their accounts with a phone call and verifying your original date of birth registration, meaning no matter how hacked your account gets you can ALWAYS retrieve it.
Best part of all: my hotmail account found none of steams emails or acknowledges them yet the windows phone i have instantly finds them.
oh, and incase your wondering, no, i wasn't able 2 get my prey 2006 version restored despite owning a boxed copy, dvd keys and all because i never got far enough cause of the above menioned account ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

and just because this wasn't a mess of enough as it is, in the past people have stolen my family members computer accessed their email and prior 2 that copied her credit card info 2 pay 4 their dinner in thailand.

thailand dinner and credit card copying being how said persons got caught in the 1st place, wouldn't be surprised if this was 1 of them getting revenge via script kiddie methods, making tens of mistakes in hacking my laptop, and leaving piles of evidence. the computer (laptop) theft was a black man not learning his lessson and following me home prior 2 being arrested.

Furthermore, it does not help what passwords i use, even if they were new 1s that aren't related by a single number or letter, yet get changed right after being in use, despite no 1 knowing what it was.
