Open the Steam client. Click Steam followed by Settings. In the new window, go to the Interface tab. Look for the box labelled Start Steam in Big Picture Mode, put a check mark in the box and click OK. Exit Steam. Now any time you launch a game from your desktop, Steam will start in Big Picture mode.

As long as they trigger the overlay at all, yes.

How do i make sure a game would trigger the overlay
It will do so if the game is designed to use the Steam overlay, or in the case of a third-party game, if nothing blocks or interferes with the overlay.

now my old that game run smoothly on my 2nd Intel card IDG this all is fine but
actually my Intel monitor is secondary monitor and games always run on primary so for this i as auto use steam big picture mod and define my define ,my 2nd monitor and 1st and 1st as 2nd so when when i open steam big pic mod and play game wola game runs cool and when i close steam both monitors switch and swap to its real state auto but problem is i want to make a shortcut of that big picture mod added game on my desktop so that no need to open steam just open that one file and games run like i opened steam before ??!!
