Does a bot look at the refund requests or a real person?
So ive been trying to refund my game but like is it a bot or a real person looking at all the requests?

^ and the requests usually get a response after a few hours ~ if not a day or so.

Why are you exactly asking this? Are you over the refund requirements and constantly get declined refund requests?
