Old retail cd keys.

So i was just going through my collection of older games that are on cd and i picked out the original Prey, and as i was about to install it i thought i might enter the cd key into steam to see if it worked, which it did. So i was just wondering if anyone has a list or knowledge of any older retail keys that work in this way so i can go through my collection of cds and enter their cd keys into steam.

Unlikely. I tried this with my HL Platinuum collection CD-Keys and it didn't work. If it's older than 5 years, chances are it's not being recognized anymore.

I just tried my Half life cd keys and they worked, however they have been used by someone else.

This list used to be availble directly on Steam, but they removed it. Can't imagine why...

Big props man , I just activated it and can finaly replay this game.One of my discs where broken.Thanks and yes this does work!!!

btw I know I bought this game more than 5 years ago
