Black texture glitch

I had a proplem with my pc i was working on windows 7 my pc got virused and its like the desktop is black when i open my pc only my computer open and the desktop is black then i'd installed windows 7 agian and now the proplem apear.
I was playing "Apb Reloaded" and got a black texture bug i thinked that maybe the proplem is with the game not my pc reinstalled it and still that glitch happen that glitch is like i play a game for like 1 hour and suddnly my fps become lower and lower from 20 till 1 everything is black the map,buldings,items,weapons,cars,player dissapear and more.
I've tried to reinstall nvydia didnt work.
Untill i got that same glitch in "warframe" so i've known its not the game proplem its my pc proplem.
My pc not that much good 4ram and its kind like old graphixs card every game i work on minimal graphixs and the highest fps i got is 20.
Dont say its graphixs card proplem because all game was working without that glitch before my windows got virsued and while it was virused that glitch was still not happening untill i've installed windows 7 and i got that glitch.
If any one can help me with that or got that proplem before please say in comments and iam waiting your replies.

Uninstall and then download the game again w bl monasba ksomk :)

Also update your GPU drivers. I might add a extra few FPS to that bad card of yours and in general it solves graphics issues in 99% of cases.

its not the card proplem all the games was working before i solved my computer virus before the virus came and while the virus was here games was working without any issuse when i fixed that virus, the issuse appear
