Controller problems, pls help!

So, I just bought 2 Msonic controllers yesterday( Msonic MN3329BK PC / PS3 Gamepad), got home, installed the driver, got x360ce and configured one of them, works fine.
Today I wanted to test the 2nd controller and see if I can play with them together, like fifa or injustice with my girlfriend but it's not working.
Win 10 recognizes the 2nd controller and I have 2 "USB Joystick" thing at the devices so I tried to calibrate them. I think its messed up somehow, because with the working one I can calibrate both and obviously I cant do anything with the second. Its like the working one has both the "devices" or I dont know.

Tips or anything?

does the 2nd controller work on it's own?
You said you set up the first one but didn't say it about the 2nd one?
Sounds like a x360ce problem, maybe see if the program has any support forums.

Yep, both working fine alone. If I plug them alone they are working in 2 USB slots ( 2.0 port ), but if I plug them both, just 1, the same USB slot working for them.

See if Steam's own input mapper does a better job.

It's like my pc get the same input from the 2 same gamepad and it cant make any differences and because of that, only 1 gamepad works. Is that legit?

That would indicate that those controllers do not support the XInput API required for many games. Only the deprecated and outdated DirectInput.
