LOCKED AND HACKED ACCOUNT

I just recently LOCKED my account due to someone HACKED into it my questions is When I checked my account in https://steamdb.info/calculator/ i got COMMUNITY BAN i don't know the reason for that maybe the hacker played with my account or anything else i never got ban ever since and i dont know if its permanent or temporary will I ever remove the COMMUNITY BAN on my account?? , 2nd question is since I locked my account can the hacker still LOG IN it??? and when I locked my account I save the code which is to UNLOCK IT and they send some instructions to the EMAIL which is not mine since the hacker changed my EMAIL and PASS and removed my Authenticator but I still have my RECOVERY CODE i don't know if its still helpful or not and I still got some of the purchased RECEIPT on the games i bought and I already attached it to the SUPPORT HELP TICKET and waiting for their reply

Part of locking your account is shutting the account from doing harm to it. This includes Discussions.
Contact Support.

Yes, the "hacker" can still login, but can't do anything to harm the account.

Thanks for reply.. The good news is I got my account back changed my mail and put steam guard authenticator back.. Got a fast reply from Steam support

Did you secure your pc? How did they gain access to the account in the first place? You need to find that out so you don't allow it to happen again.

It's me, its pretty simple actually I gave them a code from the steam guard authenticator not my Recovery code but the RANDOM CODES they gave you when you log in I never thought that one simple CODE can let them HACK my full account they even changed my EMAIL, PASS and removed my STEAN AUTHENTICATOR and I WAS VERY STUPID ENOUGH to give them to it since it is my VERY FIRST TRANSACTION IN 2017 my very last TRADE was way back 2015 where mobile authenticator was not made back then and the trade was very simple no confirmation or anything not like today where its very secured

I was going to sell some items for real money to upgrade my PC and I have no other choice but to sell it
