How to disable chat notifications on Steam?
I don't wan't that Steam is placing me a tab every time one friend writes to me in the Tasklist.
Is there any possibility that I can disable that Function?

Sure you can, have you been to the Steam settings? The "Friends" group is what you're looking for.
