I lost my profile avatar

I used to have a profile avatar which looks similar to the one I have right now, a zombie with red eyes. I want to get the old avatar but Steam changed the avatar list to be random. I tried to refresh the list for a while but I can't find the avatar. If anyone knows how to see the full list or recognizes the avatar and the game it's from. Thanks in advanced!
