How the hell do I make a support ticket now?
I'll never understand why this platform is so popular still. It's managed by imbeciles with Dawn syndrome, that's the sad truth. At least that's the only explanation I can come up for the Support becoming more and more useless every day.

Apparently they decided to change the contact method since I last contacted them. Again. How the hell do I make a support ticket? I've been through the support sections up and down and there is so option to make a support ticket. My product isn't even shown in any of them...

Steam Support only wants people to contact them if they have no way of finding the solution to the problem on their documentation pages. They encourage people like you seeking information to use the forums. Hence, what is the problem you are facing?

If you are looking for a way to contact them, it is surely that you are having an issue related to Steam, its products or your computer. Please be more specific. We are also here to help if we can.

You can help us by telling us what the problem is - then we can tell you if it's the kind of problem that you should even be referring to Support in the first place.

Or you can stop wasting my time and just tell me. You think I'd be putting up with this sh*t if it wasn't absolutely necessary that I contact Steam support?
Simply put, you can't anymore if the problem you are facing appears in the documentation.

You'd be amazed how many people say it's absolutely necessary then raise a ticket asking for technical asssistance on products Valve didn't make, help lifting VAC or game bans (which they can't do anyway) or... oh, I dunno... complaining that they've been banned from a particular forum for being an arrogant, obnoxious jerk?

Not that I'm saying that any of those apply to you, of course, but that's the kind of stuff that shouldn't go to Support as they don't deal with that stuff. So, what's the issue you want to raise with them?

Nevermind, I already have. Probably the wrong section but I really couldn't give a damn, it's their fault for providing sub-par customer support.

Right, they don't want anyone wasting anyone's time but them.

If this were EA support my problem would already be solved, as dumb or insignificant as it may be. Just saying.
