As it says, 14 (business) days.

Since it says "Purchased: April 6th", and it's April 21st today, I'm going to guess you made the refund on 7th (or 6th) having claimed it's been 2 weeks now.

Note this,

Please note: When a refund request is approved within 24 hours of the purchase, the original transaction is cancelled and the charge drops off your bank statement. In this case, you will not see a credit on your account. This process can take up to 10 days – wait time for international payment methods may vary.

Tuen I suggest waiting another day or two and if nothing happens, contact your bank.

Basically you need to see if you were even charged for the original purchase

Its possible that IF you purchased then refunded the game quickly that you won't see a credit. Because you were not actually charged for the game originally.

You should look on your bank statements to see if you were charged for the original purchase.

I was definitely charged for the original purchase.

It seems that the best thing for me to do about this is to be very patient and wait to see if anything will happen in the next couple of days.

This sucks. :P

I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of voices suddenly cried of sadness.
