A little upset :(

Hey, so this isn't a trade offer, don't worry.

I just got scammed doing a trade (for a key of SE4) with a steam user. Thing is, I was kind of an idiot and sent my stuff first. Of course, the moment I did said user blocked and unfriended me. I've already used the report trade scam feature, but I don't plan on getting my items back regardless.


So, just...suck it up and move on?

Had to vent a little :(

It's alright. We even fall for the ones that seem so innocent. At least it isn't hundreds of dollars to look on the bright side. :)

To make up for the money, put a little aside each week or month. Next thing you know, you'll have your 60 bucks back ;p

Another thing to remember, without making mistakes, we wouldn't learn a thing now would we?XD

When you find a cool person, tell them your past experience and that's why you'd like them to trade first. 9/10 if this is a cool person, they will agree to that.

Similar thing happened to me--I got Halo Wars 2 for free from a promotion; I was going to use it as a bargaining chip here on steam but, realistically, no one was going to bite for a Windows-store game. So instead of trading it for a game I actually wanted, I just redeemed it myself.

Turns out Halo Wars 2 is actually pretty good!
