how to Backup a save on Stream Game ??

i tried to find in any previous post and nothing usfull for me,
im a recent gamer on stream an i still dont understand how to backup my saved game:
i just want to copy/past my saved game ... why is this so complicated on steam?

How do I recover games save from an old machine? Where are they stored when the game is on steam?

its a good question, i cant find the stored saved game,its why i cant copy them....

That depends on the game.
PC Gaming Wiki is a good source.
For example: The Surge

The Surge uses Steamcloud, so Steam should synch the savegames automatically.

PC games normally get saved in similar locations. Try going to
My Documents > Game/Publisher folder
My Documents > My Games > Game/Publisher folder
C:\Users\"yourname"\Saved Games\Game/Publisher folder

Examples

My Dishonored 2 is

C:\Users\"myname"\Saved Games\Arkane Studios\Dishonored 2\base\savegame and then a folder for each save slot I used.

My Skyrim is
My Documents > My Games > Skyrim > Saves

Plus if you rightclick the game in your library and select properties > Updates you can see/change whether Steam will SYNC you saves to the cloud. If it does and you drive gets corrupt or you play on another system steam has your saves already.
