How to Delete "Recent Games?"

Hello, and thank you for visiting this discussion. Today I refunded a game I recently bought, and deleted it and other game from my library; however, I keep seeing the same games in a "recent games" section as I'm going throguh steam. Even going to discussions I saw it saying "discussions about your recent games." I was just hoping that someone could give me a way to delete those games so I won't see them in my recent games or anywhere on my Steam account, unless if I search for them. Will that remove them completely or move them out of sight?

the recent game section is the 3 most recently played games. it will bump it off the list.

the "discussions about your recent games" will eventually go away as time goes on. i think a week or 2.
