Idle Master
I know I know, you will say idle master is ok, but still I have few questions.
Can you get a ban/alert/block/vac for idling, or are you gonna get any paycheck for idling?
Is there any possibility that Idle master is going ti steal your account (ex. showing some problems, and you can't join your steam again, or something like that).
And is steam supporting Idle Master? (not financially but as a players choice and option of legit and legal mod) :ghostshadow:

Steam/valve won't ever confirm this.
They don't seem to care about this now, but that could change.

You don't have that many games, how much would you earn from this anyway?
More than 10$?
The risks might be very very low that you get in trouble but the money you would earn is not that much?
Also think what you could loose.

Here is a longer discussion about this, lots of opinions: http://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/9/135508833657529990/

I don't think it's worth it personally.

Of course Valve doesn't care, they make money off it.

I buy some games off Steam for the cards alone.
I idle those games for half the cards and then go to the market and buy the remaining cards I need to complete the set.

Steam makes money off the games and the cards I buy. I don't see the problem.

Yeah, thanks, I am about to begin to farm games, so I am asking to be sure :)

Why should it not? I got over 3000 card drops in a week last year with Idle Master. Then used the 200 bucks from selling them to buy games at the winter sale.
So yeah, works fine. The more games you have, the better of course.

EDIT: Of course we have the new card drop system since last month. No clue how that affects Idle Master, did not use it since last year.

There's no way you can farm 3000 cards in a week, it took me nearly a year to farm just over 7000.

And to get 200 bucks from 2000 cards, that means you sold each card for $0.10 each.

There is a trick with Idle Master that lets you force card drops. Just google it. I can easily have 100 drops in 20 minutes that way. And yes, i started in the middle of December with like 8 bucks in my wallet and was at 187 Euro when the sale started, just from card drops. I luckily had a lot of weeb games and i had a few foil drops there. Best card i sold was like 8 euro alone.

Also 3000 cards for 200 bucks not 2000. Huge difference. Only 6 cent per card on the average.
