I allways get kicked out. But I dont like how thewy attacked Ukraine. Why are they allowed to expel me. Is Steam russian controlled?

Well, if you don't speak their language or anything like that then why would they want someone on their team that they can't communicate with? Same goes with English, Spanish, French, or any other language speaking players. If you can't communicate with them then you have higher chance of being kicked from their team/group.
