INTERNET WORKS FINE BUT CAN'T CONNECT TO ANY GAME SERVER( PLS HELP )

Hello, so as you can probably see I have a problem.
My internet is fine, i can search on google, youtube and stuff, but when I TRY TO PLAY ANY ONLINE GAMES LIKE (league of legends, overwatch, rocket league) I just can't connect to any server even if the server is working (not off). When i connect i just time out and can't connect.
So what could be my problem?
Things i tried:

-Restarting router, computer and everything
-Reinstalling everything
-Searching 1000000000 forums and find no solution
-Turning off firewalls/antivirus softwares

I started doing ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew and quickly join a server, that didnt works either.

So what could be the problem? I don't get it.

Same problem here. In this very moment I should be in a League of Legends match and I got disconnected immediately and can't join back. Steam won't connect, Overwatch won't connect.

I have none of the program listed in the first link.
I did a 3 hour long run of windows defender and found no viruses.
Tried all of the things suggested in the 3rd link.

Still have the problem :/

What's strange it's that it's occasional too. I mean it happens 5 to 10 times a day for 1 to 15 minutes. It's not costant. And it happend even when I'm completely alonewith Every other device with Wi-Fi off.
