serious sam hd the second encounter install problem

I want to play serious sam hd the second encounter so i click on play and nothing happens then i uninstall it and click on install but nothing happens either. Then i cant choose the 4 options in properties. I also tried restarting steam and my computer. And steam support isnt helping me.
I also did a family share with my brother because the game is shared. I tried disabling my firewall, i tried disabling my antivirus, i checked for hidden processes and nothing found, i tried giving steam new permissions from firewall and that doesn't work. I searched for virusses, spyware, adware and nothing found. I also tried clicking another download region but that doesnt work.

Because it will replace the old Serious Sam games, including engine updates making the game run better and being more compatible with modern systems.

even though they had to take out a few things, they do not support the older engine anymore.

this way if you have issues, they will help you fix them in a timely manner.

I already have both of them. Serious Sam HD The First Encounter is already installed so i need to install serious sam fushion?

If you could post a log file located in the "log" folder in your game installation folder, that would possibly help us figure out what's wrong.
