sega games don't work

hello,

I purchased Sonic Collection, some games are downloadable, but others are played different way and they don't work at all, I can click "play" and nothing happens, I found on forum that other people have this problem as well, but the question is - where should I ask for solution?

I purchased games, they are not in library and there is noone to ask how to make them work

so I paid for... what exactly?

First choice is always the internet and the forums.

Next stop is the publishers.

If you haven't played a total of more than two hours and you bought game in last two weeks you can ask for a refund.

But this is collection of games, and only few games are "different".
Any idea where should I write?

What games are you missing? If its the older Sonic platform games, have you installed the "Sega Megadrive & Genesis classics"?

You already have Sega Megadrive & Genesis Classics in your library. Some of the old games will be installed under that title in your library rather than individually listed. The missing games are probably there.

No problem, spent a fun hour looking for one of those games myself before finding it by accident :)

Now I can play legal Sega console games on my big TV with xbox controller, cool :)
