Could you get the C27FG70 for a decent price?
Maybe it's too expensive?

It's still 1080p curved with FreeSync but it's also 144 Hz with VA (higher contrast) and quantum-dots (wider gamut), I think that seem to be a price-worthy screen and while 1080p isn't the best it also doesn't demand the most from the graphics card so a resonably priced graphics card can power it, preferably and AMD one due to the FreeSync support.

You can get 144 Hz screens for less but they may lack FreeSync and with that one you likely get a more contrasty color-saturated image.

Here's a video:

First video s**k, they talk about "no frills" and "with a curved monitor" like if it being curved meant anything at all. And if it's the screen I talk about then it's a 144 Hz FreeSync VA Quantum-Dot screen, how isn't that some frills? They seem like a complete joke so maybe check the other two videos instead. I haven't tried it or read about it at all myself.

Already regret my reply:

.. and maybe that I ordered one when it had a good price but I can return it with no charge whatsoever so no problem. Haven't picked it up yet even.

144 Hz, HDR, FreeSync 2, 1440p, ..
As for whatever FreeSync 2 is actually a different technology whatsoever I don't know, maybe it just include HDR, anyway the screen got ~it all.
