Games broken in fullscreen [FIXED]
I haven't tried all of the games that i own, but atleast i have this problem with Cod MW2 and CSGO. So i don't know what causes it, but the screen is just broken. It's almost impossible to get to windowed mode, but if i somehow manage to do it, everything is fine. But if i'm fullscreen it's just borken. It's hard to explain but here's a picture i took with my phone since the problem didn't show up on a screenshot: Google Drive [drive.google.com]

Ok, that does look very bad.
And it does not show up on screenshots?
Could be a signal issue.
What videocard is it?
What monitor do you use?
How are they connected?
What resolution and refresh rate are you using? Ingame and when not playing (Windows resolution).

my videocard is... well i do know about computer but you see the thing is i have a laptop (which my mom bought me, even tho i wanted a desktop so i would be easier to upgrade it) so i'm not sure about my videocard.
The monitor, well u know... a laptop.
And the resolution doesn't have anything to do with it, for sure. I started MW2 with the settings i used to have, but then i restarded it in safe mode (which is cods personal thing). And if you don't know, it resets all your setting including resolution and refresh rate.

Ok, if it's a laptop, then it shouldn't be a connection issue.
It is a strange issue though.
Check the Windows Device Manager to see what kind of videocard you have.
If you do know what kind of videocard you have, you may want to update your videodrivers as well. It could be a driver related issue.

So, saying that Safe Mode doesn't help means the resolution doesn't matter? It happens in Fullscreen no matter what resolution?

The more information i have, the easier it is to help you. It is quite an interesting and strange issue you have.

I just figured it out. All i had to do was to use the good old method of "have you tried turning it off and on again" and i worked :/.

Ah, the good old reboot. Seems your videodriver had some very strange kind of hiccup.
You still should look into updating your drivers, including your videocard.

Updating my drivers... my videocard is over 2 years old. AMD is not making any new drivers for mine :(
