Transferring Sims 3 DLC to Origin on Mac?
So, I bought Sims 3 alongside University Life a while ago, and my family recently replaced our PC with a Mac (internal groan), which means I can't use it on this computer through Steam. Now, the base game was already on my Origin account, which means I can play the base game, but University Life is only here on my Steam account. Is there anyway I can transfer University Life to my Origin account so I can use it on this computer? Or would I just have to buy it again through Origin?

Thanks in advance!

So I can't even find the product code or anything? Man, that kinda sucks.

kingdoms of amular was like that. i had only a steam version i purchased here and i was able to add it to my origin account. without the dlc of course. it goes by the game. 99% of them you can not do this.

I own Sims 3 with 5 DLC on Steam. If i click on the main game and choose "CD Key" i get keys for all of them. Those keys work on ORIGIN to get a free copy on there.
Works with all EA games on Steam, Sims 3, Mass Effect 1+2, Dragon Age Origins, Dead Space 1+2, Kingdoms of Amalur and so on.

Edit: I own the normal Windows versions, no clue if its different for MAC.

Here's the thing: Sims 3 doesn't work through Steam on Mac, and without installing the game, it doesn't give you the code. Unless I'm missing something?

I dont have the game installed and i still can click the "CD Key" button for the game in my library.

Click the game, on the right sight on the top it will show you the name of the game with your playtime under that and some buttons to click in the row below like : Community Hub, Discussion, Related Games, and so on. The last point should be "CD Key" That will show you your Sims 3 main game and DLC keys that are registered to that Steam account.
Those will work in ORIGIN.
