Cannot get the Xin Mo usb adapter to work with steam.
I am trying to setup my dual joystick that I use to play Mame for Steam before Tekken 7 releases. I am using a Xin Mo adapter. When I log into big picture and go to the controller settings it shows "Xin Mo Dual Arcade" and both controllers. When I click on it I am taken to the config screen where I can customize my controls.

All of the buttons are recognized, however when I try to do the joystick inputs it'll register as Axis 1 or 0 then it will start going crazy, like someone is pressing and holding down on the D-pad. It doesn't matter if its the analog or D-pad. When I exit big picture and return,if I touch the joystick it will start doing it again and I have to alt+tab and close it. I've tried checking Generic Gamepad,Xbox and PS4 with no difference.

Please help!

I'm in the same boat! I got it working with Tekken 7, kind of, only one player works and I have to use the keyboard to navigate the menus. Did you have any luck?

I have fixed this if you are still interested, you need to change the mode from Left Stick To Dpad by grounding the 'mode' contact on the PCB

hi Gheddon, thanks for your help, i m in the same situation, i want to play cup heads, but the problem is the same "down holding effect", i dont understand your solution... linking the mode contact to the ground of the xin-mo left stick... but what is this "mode" contact...?http://www.xin-mo.com/dual-players-controller.html wich pin is it?

There is no D-Pad switch/ support on the dual version of the Xin Mo, sorry. I have the single.

Same boat. Got my Xin-Mo Dual Arcade plugged into my Steam Link
Everything works, except up and left on the stick. Anyone has any idea on how to fix it? I still have to try changing the mode from Left Stick to Dpad, by grounding differently.

Did you ever find a fix for this?

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
