Tried finding out how Mobile Payment works

To my knowledge it's not possible to charge your Steam wallet using your mobile phone credit.
You could just buy a Steam wallet card from a retail store.

Then what is mobile paymant in adding funds? I don't think they sell gift cards in Tunisia.

I don't know if they're able to add money on PayPal. I'll try asking him tho. But for him, using phone to add funds on Steam will be easier than creating Paypal (if he can) and then linking it on Steam.

My question is simple: Is it possible to add funds on Steam wallet using phone credit? Because when I got to account settings and then "Add funds on wallet", I can see "mobile paymant", but I can't just test it by using my phone credit. I just want to know if it's working and how.

Valve has different payment methods in different regions, in my region there's no option for mobile payment.

... Nor do I... Just asked if anyone living in any country that allows to fill wallet using mobile payments tested it. My wallet's in RU region, as lots of people do.

anyways. you have to find out by trying yourself. there are countries where you can do this. i dont know the specific ones.

I'm asking for step-to-step guide for mobile payment... Meaning I'm not asking if he can do it or not... Looks like no one actually knows how to do it. Sorry for wasting everyone's time. ))
