Trademark infringement, where do I report?

I found a commercial entity who infringes on Steam trademark by using Steam logo in a situation not connected with steam.

Where do I report it?

Report it to Valve. If they don't care about it, you shouldn't.

Have tried finding some contact way. Every search I do ultimately end up on this page:

Which obviously is not what im out after. Im not reporting XXX trademark infringement on Steam, im reporting Steam trademark infrimgement on site XXX.

And the webhost of site XXX won't take down the content unless im authorized by Steam to do DMCA takedowns.

Sadly, this is the law in most places.

It's the same if you look to report something on youtube "I am the legal owner/have permission to report this violation"

Yes. Thus I must report the infringement to Steam/Valve, so they can do the proper takedown request to the site XXX.

The question is: Where do I report such a infringement? Some email adress to some legal department or something?
