Indeed, but the disk is, obviously, not used only by Steam. The client may have been able to allocate the needed memory to create the game files, but what if other processes and applications reduced the free space AFTER that? Windows use to not behave properly when disk usage is very close to its maximum capacity.
If no issues with the disk, then something is wrong with your network.
Network bar is fine at 10 mbps
And...nothing?
Which of these disks houses your game library, the one you chose where to install the game on?
Is there a problem when I go to disk>program files> steam > steamapps> common> GTAV and it is empty but all my other game folders have files?
