Re-purchasing a game you were refunded or refund pending

Hey all. I had initially requested a refund on a game for it's lack of single player element -- but after watching some "Let's Play" videos, I decided I really wanted to give it a go again. I submitted a support ticket indicating that (my refund is pending right now) but I would hate to get flagged as abuse of the system, because I really like Steam's refund policy... any thoughts? Thanks

there's no abuse. ur refunds aren't even manually looked at til you extensively request a high nr. of refunds in a period of time.

if ur refund is pending just cancel refund!

If the refund has been accepted but the funds are pending you can rebuy the game (I've done it at a cheaper price obviously, but there are other reasons), if the refund hasn't been accepted yet you can just cancel it and keep the game.

Oh, I don't have the option to cancel anymore but it says the amount is pending. damn! i'll send an email also

Can I ask one more question? If i buy the game again now before the funds enter my account, eventually it will be in my wallet again ... is this still OK?

Plz don't. No need ofr it. and your email is just going to make someone with a real problem wait that much longer.

And to answer your question. yes. It's perfectly fine. But note you cannot spend the pending amount. YOu actually have to have the equired amoundt in your wallet.

Yeah it's fine to buy immediately even while the funds are pending. Again commonly done when refunding to buy at a cheaper price.
