you can not.

items from that game are stuck on that account forever.

Not possible. All items from the game you are VACed in are permanently untradeable and cant leave your account in any form.

Nope. Next time don't cheat. Being banned doesn't really stop cheaters, hitting them in the gut by making their trade inventory locked up and useless forever.. tho.. just might make them think twice about doing even little cheats again.

Ya it sucks, but.. punishment/consequences of doing wrong.. is suppose to hurt a little.

Can I move my items and games to a different Steam account?

No. Items and games cannot be moved from a VAC banned account to a different account, however, new games can still be purchased and registered on a VAC banned account.

I admit i used to cheat but thats when i was immature and young, i do regret it but i guess il have to suffer haha. thank very much for the help guys
