Content File Locked

[Crimson Legion]

Im having trouble with Players Unknown Battlegrounds. I tried downloading it and it would download completely but then it wouldnt install saying that the content file was locked. For some reason ive been having alot of touble with my steam first I had game unable to download due to missing file privileges and now content file locked. i dont know whats going on but if you know how to fix the content file locked error please leth me know
