Messed up sensitivity on most games
I've had this problem on COD awhile ago where the sensitivty would be really high despite being on the lowest sensitivty.Recently it's started to affect other games too e.g Portal, Garrys Mod.

I've turned mouse acceleration off.

DPI - 1000
Mouse - Steel Series Rival 100

Pls help.

Well, uninstall it, reboot and see if the problem remains.

First of all make sure that your mouse is not physically broken. To do so please plug in another mouse and see if the sensibility seems normal for the sepecific mouse.

A different mouse works fine. But some games work fine with my steelseries mouse e.g. Overwatch and WaW have no issues with sensitivity.

Hmm that's weird. Are only steam games affected by this issue?

From what it seems yes only steam games are affected but only a couple of them are affected.

Then verify integrity of game files on the concerned games. Right click on game > properties > local files > verify integrity of game files.

I had a similar problem with my mouse It might be the same thing. Is this sensitivity problem appearing like some seconds and then back to normal or is it always messed up?

It would be really fast on low sensitivty and sometimes it would even be faster for a few moments.

I had a problem with my mouse not long ago which was due to dust on the optic sensor. I opened the mouse cleaned it and then it worked. I had the same symptoms, the problem seem to be related to this or to something related to the specific mouse's drivers (if your other mouse works fine the problem isn't related to the game). However you told me you reinstalled the drivers already , that's why I think you should try cleaning your mouse. Though, before trying this can you just tell me the f there is a program that is used with your mouse to control DPI. If yes, check for updates/ uninstall and reinstall.
