Can't remove item holding

So I want to sell some cards to craft badges. But my items are on hold. It says, in order to remove the item holding process you must use the mobile authenticator. Which I started using just now. Suggestions?

when you begin to use the steam mobile, steam guard block payments and trades for 3 days (i think), or, if you are new to the steam mobile authentificator, try it again to resend the information, than go to : > confirmations, reload the page, and it might tell you if you want to sell them, if yes, accept, and you are good to go ! i wish you the best of luck, and hope you'r problem to be fixed, have a nice day ! :)

Items on hold when you active the mobile authenticator will continue on hold. After using the authenticator for 168 hours new transactions won't be held.

Hmm.. I suspected such a feature: waiting period. Appreciate the information.
