Can i no longer Email someone a steam gift?

I wanted to buy ark and Email it but it only gives me option to give it directly trough steam? Did the remove the option.

That was removed May 3rd. Gifts can no longer be stored in the inventory or sent through email.

You can gift games directly to steam users in your friends list

Nah, i like my current job from 30€ to 360€ with little work. Usually resellig keys from sites like Humble bundle and Bundlestars.

Which also is not allowed. Both Humble and Bundlestars forbid the reselling of their keys.
