How to disable notifications for one friend only?
Is there a way I can disable the "Friend has joined a game" notification for just one person on my friend list?

Open your friendlist on the bottom right corner by your profile picture, select the down arrow next to your friend's name and then select "Notification options" and in there you can customise the notifications settings for that particular individual.:slimehappy:

Right... but it is already unchecked for that person to not display a notification when they join a game, but it happens anyway. Actually it is unchecked for everyone. But I still get notifications. I think there is a global notification thing I have checked in Steam Settings, but I don't want tohave to enable it in those menus for every single person but that one

WORKED ! thanks. (someone keeps sending me game requests, and I barely know them. I don't want to block them, but the constant notification is distracting and takes more time out of my life to check it than I would rather it take.)
