Refund game to re-buy - BDO

Hi everyone,

I've recently purchased Black Desert Online two days ago and am enjoying the game. I've only realised there was a package that I could have bought that gives me the game + some bonuses for a decent price.

Problem is, I've already bought the base game. If I were to refund and re-buy, as I would have bought this package in the first place, had I known about it, would I lose my BDO account or progression if I did this?

Okay, that's fine if I don't, but I can't otherwise buy this package. It's not letting me since it's saying "Your purchase could not be completed because it looks like you already own one of the games you are trying to buy. Please check your account and your cart to verify you are buying an item you do not already own"

I don't mind having a second copy since I can send it to a friend or so. Even without, it's still a decent deal even if I lose out on the base game copy.

yeah, you cant buy the bundle for BDO+DLC if you own BDO.

you have to buy the DLC for the absurd price of $59.99 for the explorers or $35.99 for the travelers(or the sale price in AUS).

the publisher set up the package to work like that.
