How do I unlink my PayPal account from my Steam account.

When I try to buy something it doesn't let me login into my new Paypal account, it just automatically redirects me to a tab where it says: ''We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method.''
That's because my old Paypal is Limited.

Altho, also, you likely can do it through Paypal too.

On your account page next to the payment method thing there should be your pp acc listed, with a button/option to remove it right next to it.

What do you mean "old" and "new" PayPal? As far as I know you can only have 1 personal PayPal account unless you have a separate Premier PayPal for a business. I have never used PayPal "during" a Steam purchase. But when using PayPal to add to my Steam Wallet, there should be option or drop down list in Steam to select either "MyPayPal" to use your current PayPal account or "PayPal" to select a different PayPal account.
