What Game are you talking about?

Since you only have two Games and both of them are well over the two hours of playtime, the chance you will get a refund is zero.

You only have 2 weeks to get a refund, and also if you have over 2 hours you can't refund
Ogami May 28, 2017 @ 2:04pm
You only own 2 games , one with 79 hours and another with 239 hours.
You will 100% under no cirmunstances get a refund for either game.

Fair enough, like the others said. You'll have less then 2 hours to test it AND within 2 weeks from the purchase.

Good luck
(what game is it?)

Also keep in mind, the refund policy only applies to purchases made on Steam.

You have played the game for 22 hours just fine so the problem is very likely your computer.

You're not getting a refund as you're not qualified for one.

Uninstall Uplay and download the most recent version of it from Ubisoft's site and try again.

Your unwillingness to take steps that fix your problem does not magically entitle you to a refund.

Posting your PC specs and any updates you made on it would help us possibly identify the issue.

What about 69 minutes of gameplay but well over two weeks? I didn't know before hand that Manhunt is basically unplayable and I work full time, so I chose to play other games with my time off instead of looking into things further.
I haven't found a patch that seems to fix my problem either so I'm just curious.
