Since you only have two Games and both of them are well over the two hours of playtime, the chance you will get a refund is zero.

You will 100% under no cirmunstances get a refund for either game.
Fair enough, like the others said. You'll have less then 2 hours to test it AND within 2 weeks from the purchase.

You have played the game for 22 hours just fine so the problem is very likely your computer.
You're not getting a refund as you're not qualified for one.
and i'm not going to reset the whole pc just for R6
Ask the game hub for help otherwise contact the developers for support.

Uninstall Uplay and download the most recent version of it from Ubisoft's site and try again.
I haven't found a patch that seems to fix my problem either so I'm just curious.
