Steam Account Alert Chargeback Questions
I have a couple of questions about this if you guys could help me out.

1. Who do I pay back? Steam? CC provider? Both?

2. When it says this. This account will be restricted for 4 weeks (until Jun 24). Is my account gonna be perm banned in 4 weeks?

3 If someone remote accessed my PC and put funds into my account, then I spent them what happens if they request a chargeback. Will I ever be able to fix my account and be able to make purchases again?

4. When I pay back Steam or CC provider, do I have to use the same credit card pin number? Can I use a steam gift card? Should I use Visa? Since that was the credit card provider that was used to put funds into my account

Thank you for your help!

1. Tell the payment processor to reverse the chargeback.

2. No, you have nine weeks (you already waited 5!) to fix it, if the issue is not solved in that time, the suspension turns permanent.

3. You'd have to talk with support in such a case.

4. You have to talk with support in such a case.

this is what it says.

Visa has disputed a recent Steam Store transaction.
May 14$25.00
Wallet funds
Content purchased with these wallet funds has been removed from your account.
This account will be restricted for 4 weeks (until Jun 24).
If the dispute is reversed by your payment provider, this restriction will be lifted and the content will be returned to your account.

Then tell that Support, not me.
Additionally, improve your account security. You should think about how someone got into your email and Steam account.

Then you should think about how someone was able to install and execute a RAT on your computer.
You really are digging your own hole.
You failed miserably at computer security.

You reverse the payment dispute. The card company then doesn't take the money from valve and they don't get charged chargeback fees.

You were already told about this in your other thread and under the circumstances you gave; it's not possible to reverse the chargeback.
