Bump a discussion?
How do you bump a discussion in the trading forum so it goes on the top?

You don't. Bumping threads is against the rules.

What do you mean? I've seen many people post discussions that say "just now" and they have comments from over weeks

Yes, that doesn't make it right though. Some times the mods don't see them or ignore them.

And I've seen people shoplifting. Does it make shoplifting legal now?

What America? Because in the US, shoplifting isn't legal. I also happen to know that it's illegal in Canada. Are you talking about south America, Mexico?

The threads in the trading subforum don't go to the top no matter what, commenting on those threads just extend their life span because they only last 2 weeks after the last post.

Just because other violate the rules, does not make it ok for you to do.

What he means is that bumping is considered spam or something. It's against steam rules.
