Games keep alt tabbing me out

So some of my friends and I are having a problem like where the game automaticly tabs out and a box pops up and we think it is steam VAC scanning ours computers for hacks, but we don't know for sure.


The box appears like every hour or two and it alt tabs me out of my game which kills me or almost makes me die.


If you are having a problem this this to please post a comment saying what you this it is.

If you know what it is please help me fix this issue.

It's not. I had exited Steam a few hours ago while playing Overwatch and still had the same problem.

What do you think it is?

How do i check that i Bought my computer and it come with win 10

if it came with win 10 then it should be licensed allready,go to "system" at the bottom it will tell you if its activated.

ive heard that the latest creators update is messing with some peoples games so try opting out of "insider" builds if you have that option enabled. rolll back to the previuos version.

What do you mean by opting out of insider

win10 has an option called insider builds it means you get updates before everyone else but it also means you are beta testing it so it can have bugs, wait for other people to post a few suggestions before doing anything to indepth.

how do we disable insider mode?

too much to explain and involves recovery images,google how to turn off insider builds.
i think you have to opt in to it in the first place so chances are that you are not using it anyway.

I've been having a very similar problem. I mainly play games in borderless windowed mode so it doesn't cripple me. This test is unverified by me, but it seems to have worked for others.

Windows 10 users, go here: https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-prevent-programs-from-stealing-focus-in-windows-2624453
and read the article. I used Windows Focus Loger to figure out what was stealing focus from my games. It was some program associated with MS Office that came preinstalled with my laptop. I just deleted the .exe because I don't care if Office works or not, this is my gaming laptop. That fixed it for me.
