Razer Cortex connect steam probelm
Hey everyone its my big probelm called "The profile name does not exist or permission to import was not granted. Please change your store account settings to public" so how l supposed to change it and i need my help and idk what it is i connect steam but its not working and i need my helps so help!! :steamfacepalm::steamfacepalm:

From Steam -> profile -> privacy -> set public the profile (I don't know the correct names of the options in english, but should be something similar)

I have a similar problem, I typed in my username and password, authenticated my account, but it just shows a message "Failed, please try again!"
I don't know if it's the authenticator or something else, but it's not working for me. Thanks

Hey. To solve the problem with "Cortex star failed, please try agian", you need:
for windows 10:
1) Go to options via the start menu and select "uninstall applications"
2) Select from the list of Razer Cortex applications and click "uninstall"
3) You will see the Razer Cortex launcher window where you will be presented with three options: Uninstall, Restore, Change.
You need to select "Restore"
4) After the recovery is complete, turn on Razer, the program window may not appear, and therefore you will need to go to the taskbar at the bottom right in the hidden icons, you will see that the application is running, click on it and select "Log in to Razer"

Привет. Чтобы решить проблему с "Cortex star failed, please try agian" , вам нужно:
для виндовс 10:
1) Зайдите в параметры через меню пуск и выберите "удаление приложений"
2) Выберите из списка приложений Razer Cortex и нажмите "удалить"
3) У вас появится окно лаунчера Razer Cortex где вам будет предложено три вариант : Удалить, Восстановить, Изменить.
Вам нужно выбрать "Восстановить"
4) По завершению восстановления, включайте Razer , окно программы может не появиться, и поэтому вам нужно будет зайти в панель задач внизу справа в скрытых значках вы увидите что приложение работает, там нажмите на него и выберите пункт "Авторизоваться в Razer"
