No, but seriously, it's kinda weird
a. Your Upload is astronomically high, I only have 10 Mbit/s upload and that's already high.
b. Your Upload is higher than your Download! I have never seen such a thing.
So, I must say I think you have some general problems with your connection, do you use LAN or WLAN? And about those Speeds.... You really don't need 50 MBit/s.

Without that I can't really help you. You should contact your ISP for support, they will be able to help you better than I can whatsoever.
Steam uses 2 servers, one for the steam client, store, community, etc. another for the actual game files, patches, DLC, steam controller profiles, etc. we can't connect to the 2nd server.
I can play CSGO fine
I can buy games fine
I can play installed games
I can post this comment fine
I can download torrents fine
This started on Tuesday.
Oh, it seems like steam actually has a problem, sorry for my accusations! I'm downloading SFM and my speed is ridiculously low. This morning everything was alright... So, steam has a problem.
