Windows 10 FPS Counter (How do I turn it off)
I downloaded a mod in skyrim last night, I noticed my skryim had an FPS counter now (top right and yellow). I launched hearthstone this morning and realize it's also on their as well. It is a windows 10 thing I activated? How do I turn this off?

Sounds like the FPS counter of Fraps.
And no, that's now a Windows 10 thing.

Anychance it's related to the mod?

I thought that, but I've disabled it, and it also occurs in other games (after disabling)

Fraps does default to top-left in yellow. Blocky and 2-3x the size of steams FPS overlay so your description is similar.

Fraps is usually installed to C:\Fraps or check in control panel/program features to see if you have it installed. Third party app/download or something you haven't noticed.

You could try loading a game which has the new FPS counter, Alt+Tab, Load task manager and see whats running in the background. Hopefully frapsor other FPS counter app will jump out at you.
