How to upload PS4 screenshots to Steam?

I have a screenshot from a PS4 in my computer. Is it possible to upload it to Steam if the screenshot is not taken from a Steam game? I wanted to try with a free image editor from the store but it doesn't have a Linux version and this is the OS I have.

sure you can , save the screenshot to your desktop or whatever as a .jpeg then add it as artwork in your profile

Well yeah and people wonder why nobody takes Steam artwork seriously, if 99% is crap from the interwebz.

To say the truth I don't care, but if ever see my artwork uploaded by someone else, I DMCA out the person so that won't upload anything ever again.

The idea is that I don't get why OP wants upload PS4 screenshots on a PC game community. If I want show some of my stuff to my friends, I simply use Imgur. But well, I'm not in position to say people what to do and what not to do. Whatever floats their boats.

And yes extremly nice artwork. I don't want to advertise my stuff, but I temporary posted a link on my own profile with the one I would put up against that on a contest.
