I accidentally bought a game twice

I accidentally bought a game twice and allready filled in a refund ticket.
Can i play the game without getting into any trouble?
It says you can't get a refund if you have played the game more than 2 hours.
But in my case that I have bought the game twice I wonder if this is also the case.

Are you sure you bought it twice? Or was it one failed transaction?

Pending means Valve hasn't got the money yet.
It can turn into;
1. Sucessful - You get the game/wallet money
2. Failed - You don't get the game/wallet money and your money is on hold, your payment processor will return it to you within the next few business days.

Steam has an automated system in place to keep you from buying a game twice accidentally.

I'm sure i bought it twice it took the money out of my bank twice and it says I got the game twice in my recent activities. And your link also says that my purchase was completed twice
but do you think that i can play it without ruining my refund?

Play it safe. You can't buy a game twice on the same account, so you haven't bought it twice, Until you've sorted out what exactly you have bought and requested a refund on, I suggest you stick to the safe side and play something else entirely.
