Daybreak Games,scammers?

so i unsubscribed to these guys even though i didnt set up a subscription in the 1st place, anyway they still try and take money off each month WTF!!! this is scam! now my account has an alert and is restricted because of to many chargebacks! i autherised my cc company to not pay these guys anymore why they still trying to get money off me, this is theivery beware.

thanks for reply, i did cancel the sub through steam but they still try and take money off thats what im trying to say, i didnt even know i was being charged per month it was a stealth ninja subscription because i never signed up for it, so my steam account isnow limited because of daybreak games keep taking money off me and my mastercard keep charging it back

Unless you reverse the chargebacks, your Steam account will stay restricted forever. Have you received a confirmation from Steam about the canceled subscription?

just checked, i havent received any emails from steam, i just cant make any purcheses, its all very confusing, mastercard have blocked daybreak games, but they still trying to get money off me today, even though i cancelled the sub back in march!? its daybreak games that are causing this i will just spend my money at gog if steam restricts me forever, their loss.

My guess would be that OP left a subscription running and forgot about it only ro do a charge back. Now they are facing the results of this and refuse to pay the money.

i do want to resolve this, ive used and trusted steam since 2005, ive never had trouble since now, under the subscriptions tab in my account details it says, this pre autherization has been cancelled, yet they try and take money today, dont see why tyhis is happening

First of all, what is the subscription for, how long is the contract and when have you canceled it?

under the manage subscriptions tab, it says
Game: uninitialised: this pre autherisation has been cancelled : billing cycle: cancelled

i cancelled the sub back in march but today they must have tried to take a payment and my steam account is restricted as a result
