SCP Containment Breach Not responding

He uses windows and tried running it as admin, and it did not work. He tried to update the drivers, but that did not work either.

Considering the game is not even available on Steam, it's better if you or even better your friend, posts in the official forum of the game. It's way more likely to get help that way.
