Dead By Daylight requirements
Hi! I want to buy Dead By Daylight, but I'm not sure it will work fine.

I have these specs:

I5 4200H 2.8-3.4 GHZ
GTX 950M 2GB DDR3
4GB RAM DDR3

I want to say that I can't upgrade to 8GB ram because I will lose my warranty.

I would play it in 720p on low/medium.

How many fps will I get?

Read over the minimum requirements for the game and determine whether you meet those.

But it only says desktop requirements...I have a laptop.

Hi Paine Prajita,

These are the minimum specs:

OS: 64-bit Operating Systems (Windows 7, Windows 8 & Windows 8.1)
Processor: Intel Core i3-4170 or AMD FX-8120
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: DX11 Compatible GeForce GTX 460 1GB or AMD HD 6850 1GB
DirectX: Version 11
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Storage: 15 GB available space
Sound Card: DX11 compatible.

For future reference, please go to the game's store page, and scroll down to 'System Requirements.'

Thanks a lot,
Flames.

The word 'desktop' is not mentioned anywhere on the game's store page, so I don't know what you're trying to say here.

Anyway, your processor is slightly below the minimum CPU requirement for the game, your video card is about on par with the minimum GPU requirement, and as you mentioned before, you don't meet the game's RAM requirement. I don't know how well-optimzed the game is, but I wouldn't buy it if I knew my computer didn't meet the minimum system requirements. You can always try the game and get a refund, but don't expect to get great performance.

I was saying that I can't copare the system requirements with my laptop because desktop hardware is different than laptop hardware... like you can't compare an i3 4170 with an i5 4200h...

I did it... like I sayd before... you can't compare desktop hardware with laptop hardware...like you can't compare i3 4170 with i5 4200h...

Here is a second opinion, which agrees with the links Spawk provided.
And of course you can compare the performance of those components. That's what benchmarks are for. Comparison.

Instead of hitting the forums being as unhelpful as possible, why not just answer the question which was not .what are the min specs?. but "what fps will i get" Seems the tuber here gets 30 fps @1080 while recording with similar specs. This will probably be the closest answer you will get without trying it yourself.

Edit: Are you JUST ZEED?
