[Solved] No 'delete local content' option anymore

So I want to completely restart Binding of Isaac Rebirth so I can play it devoid of any mods. So I right clikc the game in my library, hoping to find the handy 'delete local content' option there, but alas it has somehow dissapeared. Are there any other ways to delete local content?

I previously tried this, however this did not work. Upon reinstalling the game, the mods were still there.

Okay actually I tried a completely different solution

I uninstalled it and then deleted the entire game folder

It worked! No lingering mods.
