Two of those titles are Bethesda ones. Bethesda has some weird deal with 1C who apparently don't want to sell these games in a lot of 'former Russian' states.
It's really sad, that's why I'm trying to find out reason for this ridiculous xenophobia...
PS: In fact, I don't really care about those games anymore. They don't want my money? Ok, they won't get anything from me anymore.
Yeah 1C is a pretty awful company. If you research deep enough you can actually find that they are actually demanding region locking on the russian steamwork games in order to protect their retail distribution. Quite disgusting.
I just checked to be sure, and I can confirm that skyrim is licensed to 1C for distribution in the CIS/RU regions..

Well at least now we know where the problem lies :D!
1C is definitely invovled becuase they're the distributor for those games in that region. If it's not on Steam it's because 1C apparently doesn't want your money.
There is still more games banned for me, but I don't give a .... anymore. I will just keep buying something else... preferably DRM free versions from that other online distributor I can't talk about here :)
