Petition Treyarch to add splitscreen to Black Ops 2 PC

Anyone here who says "that's a bad idea" must not be using Big Picture Mode. Since when are MORE OPTIONS a bad thing? Why should PC gamers have fewer options than console gamers?????

I dont know about the fewer options thing. Look at your graphic options. Consoles are cheap and most people I know use them strictly for split-screening when they have company over. Other than that they all play online together.

I agree about the graphics options--that's why I've gone to PC gaming actually. With that in mind, why shouldn't I be able to max out my settings and also split screen?

i agree, pc should be able to handle it. you can down the graphics if need too. but they should definataly add that as an option. or at least allow you to log into steam from 2 computers and play that way thru the same account.

you can log into steam from 2 computers in offline mode so they should just add a lan deal so that you can get on and play just lan, (rather 1vs1, or however many players, or even coop).

hard to even find a game on computer that does that. and most of those games are racing. other games that allow 2 players or more are usually not split screen but fighting games like street fighter, or sports games.

but yes that would be great to have for those of us who dont own console.

Playing with split screen? why? why would you want to watch someone else playing on their screen on your screen? that .. 'to me' is kind've pointless. But i guess i am just stupid.

for starters that way you dont have to buy more then 1 copy. if you only have one computer and you have a buddy come over. i rather join and play then watch the person play. consoles allow it and ppl enjoy it. be even better if it would do 2 to 4 player split screen and a way to have another computer and then link together. and 2 4vs4 or something.

Ah, entitlement.

Quick, lets all start a petition that BO2 DLC should be free! Wait, why not make the whole game free? That can be the next petition!

It's not like it costs time or money to program things! That's all done by robots that are powered by the enthusiasm of people who don't like something, but buy it anyway!

Why just games? Lets start petitions for other things too. For example, I bought some chips yesterday, and they ran out. I suppose I knew they weren't infinite when I bought them, but I gave them money equal to the value of the product, that means they owe me!

TL;DR: I knowingly bought a game that wasn't the game I wanted! They should fix that, also I'm an idiot!

I don't really like COD that much (I'm no hater though), but I will sign the petition so that more games use this system. I really would like to play GTA IV splitscreen (even if on *shudder* Games for Windows LIVE). Oh and Rock of Ages! :D

I would really like to buy this game on Steam, but the only reason I would buy it is to play Zombies split screen with my brother. If I can't do that, I'm not buying it.

Must be because thats not the point. The point is to have everyone capable of playing from the same system. i see no reason why they cant do it, chances are its a marketing scheme to get people to buy xbox.
